How many days a week does my dog need to attend?
All dogs must join their pack for 3 or more walks per week.
We believe in consistency within our packs and, unfortunately, do not take on dogs for infrequent or occasional walks.
Are you bonded and insured?
Yes! Our staff are bonded and insured with Profur insurance for pet-care professionals.
How do I pay for my services?
We make that easy! You will be invoiced bi-weekly and your credit card will be automatically charged.
You will get a detailed invoice of your services prior to us charging your card. No need to worry about cash, cheques, e-transfers! Just set it and forget it!
How many dogs do you take per walk?
The City of Toronto permits licensed dog walkers to walk up to 6 dogs at a time.
What happens in bad weather conditions?
We walk rain or shine. During heatwaves we will often take the dogs swimming or make sure they have access to plenty of water. We are also very careful not to overexert them. In frigid weather we may shorten the length of walk for the small dogs that can't be out in the cold for too long.
We are sensitive to the weather and our services become flexible to accommodate the safety and well-being of all dogs in our care.
Can you provide me with references?
Yes! We'll provide you with references from other households who've been using our services for years, and they'll be right in your area.
Do you smoke in the car with the dogs?
No. Most of our dog walkers are non-smokers, and we do not permit smoking around the dogs.
Do you charge retainer fees when we go away for the summer?
No. As long as you let us know that you'll be away, we will hold your dogs spot for up to two months.
